The Soave wine route extends through the Eastern hills of Verona in a landscape of castles, villas and ancient rural churches. Here winemaking is a centenarian tradition that gave life to a wine exported and appreciated all over the world.  From the walled village of Soave to the surrounding hills, characterized by large cherry tree cultivations,  you’ll be guided to taste different samples of Soave, made from Garganega grapes and known for its melon-and-orange-zest flavors as well as for its ability to improve with age.
