Wine Class
Your guide, who relies on an AIS/WSA Level 3 sommelier certification, will introduce you to the wines of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, inviting you to test them and share your personal impressions. Slowly, you’ll discover the story of a glass of wine: the spirit of the land where the grape grows, the many flavours of its soil, the harvesting technique and how a producer is able to obtain a unique wine from the combination of these elements.
Wines are paired with small Venetian appetizers: a selection of cheeses, cold cuts and vegetables that will enhance your sensorial experience. Class will be both fun and informative, regardless of your level of wine knowledge.
