Leaving from Milan or Pavia, a private, luxury car will drive you to the slopes of Calvignano through a landscapes of castles, churches and ancient villas, in order to visit one of the most prestigious wineries of the area.

A specialized, historical guide will introduce you to this stunning Unesco World Heritage site, which contains, among the others, frescoes by Bernardino Luini and Umbrian master Il Perugino.

Along with a tasting of their main wines, the stop involves an explanation of the interesting castle history.

Lunch will be held in a typical restaurant, that boasts some of the most distinctive wine labels, along with homemade bread and pasta dishes.

In the afternoon, the tour will continue at Castello di Stefanago, an estate surrounded by 331 acres of land, of which 44 are vineyards. The rest is forest, orchard, and farm land.
