PASSOPISCIARO WINE AND HISTORICAL TOUR
Developing at the Northern foothills of Mount Etna, along the stunning area known as Passopisciaro, about 1 hour from Taormina and Catania, this itinerary involves two different wineries that together combine tradition and innovation. While the first winery grows 15 hectares of vineyards surrounded by a century old olive and hazelnut groves, the other was founded by a Tuscan entrepreneur who fell in love with this land. Benefiting from her family enological expertise, along with the winery she developed a rich and wonderful hospitality program.
Lunch includes delicious Sicilian specialties properly paired with wine.

ETNA HIKING AND WINE TASTING TOUR
An expert guide will lead you to the Mount Etna area which, since 2013, is part of Unesco‘s World Heritage List for its geological peculiarities of planetary relevance. The spectacular excursion will be customized according to your training level and the weather conditions. You’ll be supplied with the required equipment. A passionate explanation of the nature trail will complete the experience.
The second part of the tour involves the visit to an emblematic winery of Passopisciaro area. One of the premier wine estates in Sicily planted the first vines on the northern slope of Etna in 2008. After a conservative restoration, the ancient estate is now ready to host tastings and lunches, prepared with typical ingredients and properly paired with the finest wines.

PASSOPISCIARO WINE TASTING TOUR
This tour involves the visit to a small, high-quality winery whose labels are extremely appreciated and very well known by an exclusive market. Located at an altitude that varies from 600 to 1100 mt., these vines are grown with zero treatments, generating magisterial wines of great depth.
Another tasting, along with food pairing, will be held at the second winery. Wonderfully restored, the estate boasts a breathtaking view on the vineyards and a glowing tasting room. Its elegant wines, marked by different microenvironments of the area, have disparate and interesting peculiarities.
