In the heart of the Prosecco Superiore DOCG region, Adami—one of Italy’s most respected Prosecco producers—has opened a stunning new tasting room, offering visitors an immersive experience that reflects both the heritage and the forward-looking spirit of the brand.

Founded in 1920 in Valdobbiadene, Adami has long been known for its meticulous vineyard work and refined sparkling wines that showcase the unique terroir of the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. The winery has remained a family-run operation for over a century, with generations of the Adami family committed to producing Prosecco of exceptional quality.

The new tasting room is designed to enhance the connection between visitors and the land that produces these celebrated wines. With panoramic windows overlooking the rolling vineyards of the Veneto region, the space combines modern architecture with natural materials, creating a warm, sophisticated environment. It’s a place where guests can not only taste Adami’s flagship Proseccos—such as the mineral-driven Col Credas and the elegant Vigneto Giardino—but also deepen their understanding of the winemaking process, the history of the family, and the nuances of the DOCG designation.

“We wanted to create a space that invites people into our world,” says Armando Adami, who leads the winery today. “This new tasting room reflects our identity: respectful of tradition, yet open to innovation.”

The tasting experiences are curated with care, allowing visitors to explore single-vineyard selections, learn about the differences between Brut, Extra Dry, and Dry styles, and appreciate how the steep hills and microclimates influence each vintage. Tours are available by reservation, and private events and educational sessions can be arranged for small groups.

With this new development, Adami reaffirms its commitment to excellence—not just in the bottle, but in every aspect of the wine experience.

They welcome guests by reservation only, to ensure a personal and relaxed experience. Whether you're a curious traveler, a wine enthusiast, or a professional, They are excited to share their wines and their story with you.
